Mr. Ajay leads every project with the full weight of thirty years behind him, degrees from IIT Roorkee, SPA New Delhi, and the University of Cincinnati, and formative years working under Charles Correa, one of the architects who defined what Indian architecture could be. That education shows not in a recognisable style, but in the rigour of every decision: the orientation of a room, the scale of a window, the way a building meets the ground.
The team that works alongside him brings that same standard to every stage of your project. Ilakkia, a seasoned architect and specialist in conceptual design, shapes the ideas that take your brief beyond what you imagined. Sonu, with years of deep technical and on-site experience, ensures every design decision is executed with the precision it deserves. Together, this is a team where every person has earned their place, and where every person is fully invested in the outcome.
